345wln Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

Welcome to 345wln — Pakistan's dedicated online betting and gaming platform available at 345wln.bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 345wln website, mobile platform and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, fishing games, crash games and any other products offered by 345wln from time to time.

By accessing the 345wln platform, creating an account or placing any form of wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 345wln. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create or continue using an account.

• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• The funds you use to deposit into your 345wln account are legitimately yours and are not connected to any unlawful activity.

345wln welcomes players based in Pakistan. 345wln reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and address at any time. Until such verification is satisfactorily completed, 345wln may restrict access to withdrawals or place other limitations on an account.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account with 345wln. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are responsible for keeping your 345wln login credentials — username and password — confidential. You must not share your account access details with any other person. 345wln will treat any activity conducted through your login credentials as having been authorised by you.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 345wln account and do not use the same password on other websites.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact 345wln support immediately at support@345wln.bet if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

345wln reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

All transactions on the 345wln platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 345wln does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 345wln is Rs 500. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits are credited to your 345wln wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your 345wln account or to a verified account in your own name. 345wln aims to process wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) within 15 minutes and bank IBFT transfers within 1–2 business hours, subject to verification requirements.

• 345wln reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• In the event of a technical error crediting funds in error, 345wln reserves the right to recover those funds regardless of whether they have been wagered.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

All bets placed at 345wln are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league or event. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the 345wln platform. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets:

• All bets are void if the event to which they relate is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise does not proceed in accordance with the conditions under which the bet was accepted.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by 345wln, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• 345wln reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has concluded or where live data feeds have been disrupted, delayed or corrupted.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. If a bet cannot be confirmed before the relevant event moment passes, it will be rejected.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the 345wln betting interface. 345wln reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest pricing error may be voided by 345wln at its discretion, even after the event has concluded.

Cricket-specific rules: For PSL and international cricket markets at 345wln, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or the relevant tournament authority) is the result used to settle bets. This applies regardless of any subsequent amendments, reviews or appeals.

Suspicious or irregular activity: 345wln employs monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns. Where suspicious activity is detected, 345wln may suspend settlement, request further information or void affected bets in accordance with these Terms.

345wln offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion at 345wln is subject to its own specific terms which will be displayed at the point of offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all 345wln promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. A player may not claim the same welcome bonus more than once across multiple accounts.
• All bonuses at 345wln are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your 345wln wallet. Real money is always wagered first unless stated otherwise.
• 345wln reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 345wln platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Opening or operating more than one 345wln account.
2. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at registration or during verification.
3. Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a 345wln account.
4. Colluding with other players or 345wln staff to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with the 345wln platform in a way that is not available to standard users.
6. Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing mistakes in a systematic or deliberate manner.
7. Money laundering or using the 345wln platform to process funds connected to unlawful activity.
8. Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access your 345wln account.
9. Placing bets on behalf of another person in exchange for payment or other consideration.
10. Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or wagering based on insider information not publicly available.

345wln reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period of time after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Irregular or suspicious betting patterns that suggest collusion, arbitrage abuse or system exploitation.
• Where continuation of the account would expose 345wln to regulatory, reputational or legal risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 345wln may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, cleared balances will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for deposits. 345wln will not be liable for any losses the player claims to have incurred as a result of account suspension or closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 345wln account at any time may do so by contacting our support team at support@345wln.bet. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to a verified payment method.

345wln provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, about the uninterrupted availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345wln excludes liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the 345wln service due to technical faults, server downtime, third-party infrastructure failures or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the 345wln platform.
• Any errors or delays in odds pricing, live data feeds or settlement caused by third-party data providers.
• The actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors or refusals in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your 345wln account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 345wln's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. The total aggregate liability of 345wln to any player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made to the player's account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

345wln collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the 345wln platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

345wln uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, communicate with you about your account and promotions, conduct identity verification, comply with legal obligations and to improve the platform. 345wln does not sell personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
